The classification-routed upload

Retired 2026-09-25 (plan 167 §3).

cmd/authbox-showcase-upload was a browser form that took a file and a classification and handed the file to a labelled stream, where the door chose which sinks it reached from the marking alone. It is gone, and the thing it demonstrated is now something this product does rather than something a showcase shows: a frame streamed to upload.<domain> lands in the object store as one of that route's sinks, filed under the mission the sink is configured for and — at a sealed level — wrapped to that mission, so the bytes are readable back through an ordinary folder page and openable only by somebody who holds it.

Read Filing a file for that, end to end, from a person's side. The mechanism underneath is unchanged and is Authorized streams; what a deployment operates is the stream route, which is why the route survives and the form does not.
